Shipping and handling
All items, except for custom orders, are shipped in 48 hours on business days, Mo-Fri. We provide tracking number.
Shipping, handling and packaging costs are included in shipping rate. Please contact me if you would like to upgrade shipping service and/or add insurance.
We ship internationally.
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information. Costs to reship the package are covered by the customer.
Refunds and exchanges
Our goal is to ensure 100% satisfaction. If you have received your item, and it is damaged or you are not satisfied and you would like to return or exchange, please contact me within 14 calendar days of delivery (per tracking) and attach the photos of a damaged item (in case the item arrived damaged). Item to refund and/or exchange must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of delivery (per tracking). Refund will only be made after the item is received back. We are not responsible for the loss of the packages by the post service. All items should be shipped with a tracking number. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We don’t accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

After purchasing of a custom item in our shop, please send us a photo of your pet. You can send several photos and we can choose the best.
